Functional Training

For those looking to further develop their skills we offer functional training to further develop players in a position that they enjoy. Players are welcome to attend a range of sessions as well rounded soccer players have an understanding of each position on the field.

 

Goalkeeper training – We provide training opportunities to goalkeepers of all levels between 8-19. GK training ranges from pre game routines, diving saves & catches, Distribution, catching and handling, to initiating attack and injury prevention.

 

Striker school – We provide training opportunities for those looking to develop 1 on 1 finishing, varying types of ball striking and finishing in addition to pre game routines and visualisation techniques

 

Defender school -  We provide training opportunities for those looking to develop defensive organisation, 1v1 & 2v1 defending. Ranging from basic to in depth defensive techniques

 

SAQ – We provide Speed, Agility, Quickness sessions which can enhance performance levels across a range of sports. Gradual and progressive use of SAQ training exercises drills and methods lead to improvements in Acceleration, Speed, Footwork, Response time & explosion among others.
